These fundamental mode crystal units are based on inverted mesa blanks
having unique surface finish quality provided by an original ion-thinning
technology. The crystal units are featured by high Q- factor and
remarkably low resistance values. Frequency pulling range of ±0.1% at
very low power consumption levels and good unwanted resonance suppression
is easily achieved in VCXO.
